Guidelines for sending your unit to HL Powersports Powerhouse Authorized Service Center:
- Powerhouse Ice Eater units being sent for estimate/repairs should include complete Powerhouse Ice Eater and cord.
- HL Powersports is not responsible for inbound shipping damage (from you to HL Powersports).
- Is it important to use a sturdy box and pack with substantial bubble wrap, etc. to prevent shipping damage.
- HL Powersports will package and return ship the Ice Eater unit, however, the freight charge is the customer’s responsibility.
